In this age of free speech and efficient travel, it has become ever easier to maneuver ourselves around the globe. All the same rules apply as that you apply with girls from your own country but there are more. You need to be linguistic, and try and pronounce your words better. Get your message across clearly and concisely. Compliment her on her looks and appearance, this is a language commonplace all over the world.
