Even though it may not be your forte or one of your strengths you do need to show a woman that you can hold your own and even enjoy yourself in these kinds of settings. You also want to make sure that you don't do anything that can be construed as being socially awkward or immature.

2. Not allowing a woman to have her own voice or her own friends.

There are many reasons why a guy will not allow a woman to have her own voice in a relationship or to have her own friends. One of the most common is insecurity. Another is jealousy. Women are taught to look for these kinds of red flags when they meet a guy, and rightfully so. While it's not unusual to get a little tinge of jealousy or feeling insecure, not allowing her to have a voice in the relationship or to have her own friends is not healthy, and it will drive most women away from you.

3. Making her feel like she is too good for you.

This can be a reason that most guys will have a hard time understanding, due to the fact that so many guys are taught to make a woman feel almost like they are out of a man's league. The problem with doing this, and the reason why it can drive her away, is the simple fact that it makes you out to seem less desirable to her. Of course, you do want to make a woman feel good about herself, but there is such a thing as doing too much to make her feel like you are beneath her and it will usually cause her to lose attraction for you.
